On Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 May, visual artists in De Panne open the doors of their studios to the public. During Atelier in Beeld, you get the chance to step inside their creative spaces and discover how art comes to life.
Spotlight Artist: Johan Tahon
This edition highlights the work of artist Johan Tahon, who is temporarily based in the historic house Le Chalutier in the Dumont district. There, he is preparing his summer exhibition Wat de Zee Bewaart. Visitors gain a unique glimpse into his creative process and see where and how his artworks take shape.
Other artists are also taking part. Visit the studio of Anne‑Marie Deraeve, who works with painting and mixed media, or stop by Danielle Zoete, active in painting, fashion and design.
