Brasserie De Mol is named after the popular pub of the historical figure Pietje Mol on the Belgian-French border (where Café du Perroquet is now located). The café was known for its ‘Picon’, dune rabbits and home-grown dune asparagus. The bistro has retained the ‘Picon vin blanc’, but the menu has been expanded. It features delicious, classic aperitifs and seasonal dishes.
